Laravel e-commerce development for Saku Läte / VENDEN covered the complete process from wireframing and UX/UI testing with real users to design, development and launch. INCATE built a custom B2C and B2B solution with payment and delivery integrations, customer accounts, cart and checkout functionality, a product selection quiz, and two-way Navision integration.
Saku Läte provides drinking water, coffee, coffee machines and related products to both private and business customers. The goal was to bring these product areas together in a single modern e-commerce platform while creating an efficient purchasing experience for both B2C and B2B customers.
INCATE started the project by creating wireframes and defining the user flows. Before moving on to visual design, the wireframes were tested with real users across several predefined scenarios.
Based on the testing results, we refined the structure and user flows until users were able to complete the required scenarios without significant friction. INCATE then created the complete UX/UI and visual design, which was tested with users again before development began.
After the design was approved and tested, INCATE carried out the complete Laravel e-commerce development.
The custom solution includes a product catalogue, shopping cart and checkout, customer accounts, payment and delivery integrations, as well as a product selection quiz that guides customers through a series of questions to help them find a suitable product.
The Tellimiskeskus order centre brings the company’s product range together in a structured catalogue, including drinking and mineral water, water-related products, coffee, coffee machines and maintenance products.
Customers can compare products, while a personalised quote request makes it possible to submit an enquiry based on individual requirements.
A key part of the project was the Navision API integration, connecting the Laravel e-commerce platform with the company’s existing business system.
The two-way integration enables the online store to receive customer data, delivery addresses and product prices from Navision. This is particularly important for the B2B functionality, where customer-specific information needs to be available within the e-commerce environment.
In the opposite direction, the online store sends orders and payment information to Navision.
This allows the e-commerce platform to work as part of the company’s wider business processes rather than as a standalone online store.
The platform includes customer accounts that make it easier for users to manage their orders and place repeat purchases.
Online payments are integrated into the checkout process, together with the required delivery solution. This creates a complete purchasing flow from product selection and checkout to payment, delivery and the transfer of order information to Navision.
INCATE delivered the complete project lifecycle — wireframing, UX/UI testing with real users, web design, custom Laravel development, payment and delivery integrations, and Navision API integration — and continues to provide technical maintenance for the solution.
INCATE developed two digital campaign websites with different goals and user journeys — The Happening photography competition and the Neredzi? Neapdzen! road safety campaign. Each digital experience was tailored to the campaign's specific content, visual identity and desired user actions.
