A presentation and leasing website for the premium real estate project Preses Nama Kvartāls, built on WordPress: a visually rich presentation, lead-generation forms, an investor section, and three languages.
Preses Nama Kvartāls is one of the most ambitious real estate developments in Riga — a new business quarter in Pārdaugava featuring 26,000 m² of Class A office space, the tallest residential building in Pārdaugava, and a multifunctional centre on the banks of the Daugava. For an object of this scale, the website isn’t just a homepage — it’s the primary sales and presentation tool, working even before the building is handed over.
That defined the entire tone of the site. Premium real estate sells on feeling — on the scale of the space, the river view, the architectural vision. That’s why the site is built around visual material: renders, video, panoramic shots, and clean, “airy” laid-out blocks that create exactly the impression the project promises in reality. The challenge was to assemble heavy visual content so the page would stay fast and not break down on mobile.
Behind the presentation is a concrete business goal — attracting tenants and investors. That’s why the site is built around a lead-generation flow: “Become a tenant” and individual-offer forms with a direct link to the leasing manager, a separate investor section, and clear calls to action at all the right points. Every visitor is guided all the way to contact, rather than being left alone with beautiful pictures.
Content is split according to the project’s logic — the project itself, construction progress, location, news — so that both a prospective tenant and an investor can find exactly the information they’re interested in. The construction section keeps things current throughout the whole implementation of the project.
The site works in three languages — English, Latvian, and Russian — since the audience for premium offices and apartments in Riga is international, and it’s fully adapted for mobile.
The online platform for insurer Balcia: 10+ product calculators with instant pricing, a subscription model, online claims filing, and two languages.
