MansPārvaldnieks.lv — real estate management group portal with e-services

MansPārvaldnieks.lv is a full-service real estate management group that has operated in property management since 2000. Within the group, services are provided by two companies — SIA “Pilsētas mājas” in Riga and SIA “Ciemats Saulīši” in the Riga region — so the main task was to combine both brands into a single, clear, and easy-to-maintain website.

We developed a corporate website on the WordPress platform using a flexible page builder that allows the client’s team to independently update content, publish news, and manage service sections without developer involvement. The site is fully bilingual (Latvian and Russian), with separate sections for each company in the group and a content structure tailored to the needs of residents in each region.

The central element of the project is an e-services section that allows residents to submit meter readings online and manage communication with the property manager remotely. The portal is divided into two separate client dashboards — “Riga” (Pilsētas mājas) and “Saulīši” — each hosted on its own subdomain and connected to the respective company’s data. We also integrated application forms for attracting new properties, a newsletter subscription, and social media links, creating a unified digital touchpoint between the manager and apartment owners.
